I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Therapist, Gymnastics and Pilates Instructor. I am passionate about helping others get fit, lose body fat and improve their well-being. I think getting in shape is about making a lifestyle change rather than trying to find the latest quick fix. I help people achieve their goals by educating and motivating, this means that you can make permanent changes to your lifestyle and stay in shape for the long haul.
What Does A Personal Trainer Do? I help motivate people to get fit and reach their optimum health. I match their goals, abilities and current fitness with individual training plans, which sets down what you want to achieve and how we will get there.
Who Uses A Personal Trainer? Anyone can use a personal trainer. I help a wide range of people, who all have their own goals and individual needs. The point of using a personal trainer is that my help is tailored to you as an individual.
Why should I Use A Personal Trainer?
Are you feeling out of shape, but can't quite motivate yourself to get to the gym, or put on your running shoes? Then I can help you motivate and get started. Maybe you have a special event coming up and you want to look your very best?
I will devise a training plan which you can do with me, on your own or with your friends and family.
How Much Does It Cost? I charge £30 per hour. We will have an initial consultation which takes approximately an hour and a half, this costs £30. There is no commitment from here, you can see me as often or as little as suits you, you could even join one of my group sessions for Pilates to compliment your programme and meet like minded "get fitters".
