Ryan started off great but unfortunately when issues were found I was advised to go to a particular garage who demonstrated a lack of knowledge of the type of car. The Alternator had to be replaced but on doing so it was not communicating with the car. This resulted in multiple trips and at one point they told me to drive the car around for a week and it should start working correctly. Ryan's response to complaints about amount of fuel I'm using was "One day cars will run on air". I was very upset about this. I went back, they changed the alternator again and it had the same fault and wanted me to come back again after so many trips. I took it for a second opinion who advised they left the dust cap attached, this is shown in pictures below. I also had a stop/start issue as Ryan had the battery changed prior to getting the car but they used an EFB battery which does not hold the same power as an AGM battery.
