Beneficent Law is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company which provides quality legal services at a fraction of the cost of High Street Solicitors. We specialise in Wills, Protective Property Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney and have clients in every part of England & Wales. We also provide legal advice and assistance to people wishing to establish a small business or set up a charity or other not-for-profit or voluntary organisation. All of our staff have many years of experience gained at a senior level within Solicitors' practices and have proper recognised legal qualifications.

All of our staff have proper recognised legal qualifications gained through professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, the Society of Will Writers and the Institute of Paralegals.We also have staff who are members of the Chartered Management Institute. As a registered Community Interest Company we are regulated by the CIC Regulator on behalf of the UK Government and participate in the Legal Ombudsman scheme.

As a Community Interest Company we are regulated by the Government appointed CIC Regulator. In addition, as we participate in the independent Legal Ombudsman scheme, our clients have exactly the same rights of redress and compensation as those of any Solicitors' practice.
