Paid £90 to have a large brass zip replaced with an "unbreakable" plastic zip, which broke after 2 months. It's apparently only unbreakable if you don't use it. Replaced with a small calibre brass zip for another £40 which broke the second time the coat was worn. Now in for the 3rd attempt £50.
