OneCall - more like NoCall or Can'tCall. DON'T CALL - MY OPINION? AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

OneCall is the most frustrating insurance broker I have dealt with, quite a feat. I am unable to log-in to their portal as they do not recognise any of my details, including e-mail despite sending me e-mails. Nor can I ever get through on their phone line - there is simply no reply - just hold. They automatically enroled me for automatic renewal which of course I could not change preference for as I cannot log-in to my account to make the change. Therefore the renewal at +30% increase for car insurance will go ahead unless I knock at their door or send a pigeon. They leave you with no way of cancelling a renewal. A neat way for them to lock you into paying. My advice? - Never call OneCall
